Susanne Balazs is a qualified chemist, nutritionist and expert in a wholesome and allergen-free diet. She is the owner of Manufaktur Wirkstatt Küche GmbH (www.wirkstattkueche.ch) and an author. She has been developing personalised cooking and baking recipes for many years and helps affected people to change their diet. She also shares her knowledge in her cookery and baking courses and individual consultations.
Giovanna Lotito is a business economist FH and founded the company Giovanna Lotito iDea AG in 2010 (www.gl-idea.com). As a career consultant, coach bso and expert for new perspectives, she has been supporting and executives in career reorientation, LinkedIn presence and personal development for many years. She also shares her knowledge in German and English in workshops, presentations and as a lecturer.
