The BODY - MIND - SOUL Yoga Retreat is about feeling the body (BODY) again, releasing tension and strengthening it at the same time. We will give the mind (MIND) a break from everyday life and learn to bring calmness into the head, try to listen to ourselves apart from the "I" voice in the head.

And the soul? What about the SOUL?
Have you ever asked yourself where it is? What it can do? And why it is so important to make peace with it? We will bring body, mind and soul into harmony so that we can find our balance again and come fully into our power.

The BODY - MIND - SOUL Retreat offers you the opportunity to recharge your batteries as a short break from everyday life in beautiful natural surroundings. Treat yourself to this well-deserved time out, surround yourself with lovely people, fine food and deepen your yoga practice. The yoga classes are varied and the asanas can be adapted to your comfort level at any time.

The yoga classes are varied, activating in the morning and rather calm in the evening.
The styles Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga and Yin Yoga are integrated. The retreat is suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners and the exercises can be adapted to your needs.


Min./Max. number of participants: 8 / 14 pers.
Accompanying persons who do not wish to participate in the yoga classes are also welcome! Please enquire directly at the hotel.

Let me introduce myself.
I am a passionate yogini and a passionate traveller. The journey is the destination and so for me, in travelling as well as in yoga, it's always the present moment that counts.

Travel with me to arrive at yourself!
My name is Edith, I am 35 years old and live with my small family in Obwalden. I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT 500) and have completed my training and further education with renowned yoga teachers from all over the world, learning mainly in Bali & India, where my yoga path takes me again and again. Since 2015 I have been teaching in my own yoga studio Good Karma Yoga and am happy about all the great yogis who find their way to my mat and let me accompany them on their yoga journey. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin as well as pregnancy/return yoga. My teaching style is relaxed and varied, and there is always room for a good laugh. It is important to me that everyone can join in - no matter where they are at the moment. It's not perfection that counts in yoga, but the fun of it. Like yoga, travelling is one of my greatest passions. These two passions can be combined wonderfully. So travel with me to arrive at your place!

I look forward to meeting everyone who shares my enthusiasm for yoga, who wants to do something good for themselves or who simply wants to take a little time out from everyday life. All lessons of the retreats are conducted by me & in Swiss German.
