This workshop is an introduction to the topic, includes meditations, mindful body exercises, short lectures, and the alternation of sharing and times in silence.

At our mindfulness and meditation workshops you will be able to find more peace. Learn to calm your mind, become more serene and draw new energy and strength.

The breathtaking beauty of the Lake Constance region and the wellness area to feel good will make it easier for you to "switch off".

Target group:
People of all ages with and without meditation experience. The courses are held in Swiss German/German.

Yvonne Bommer

My name is Yvonne Bommer. I live with my family in the canton of Thurgau. After many years of teaching and leadership in primary schools, I was drawn to adult education.

Employed as a mindfulness meditation teacher, I worked with groups in a private clinic for psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics.

I encountered the topic of mindfulness and the practice associated with it during a challenging phase in my life. Integrating it helped me to cope with a complex everyday life with family and work in a more relaxed way. I saw existing challenges from a different perspective and experienced them anew as important opportunities that my life had given me.

In 2016, I completed the training as an MBSR teacher. (MBSR = Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction according to Jon Kabat-Zinn). Since then I have been self-employed and offer mindfulness-based courses and presentations for companies and private individuals to develop more mindfulness and clarity. This was followed by further training in MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy of Depression), MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion) and Focusing according to Eugene T. Gendlin.

It is important to me to counterbalance the performance-oriented society we live in, where everything has to be done faster and more efficiently. Not wanting to have "even more", but discovering the magic in the moment of everyday life, fulfils us sustainably. That is what I am committed to.
