As an impulse generator for development, I live my enthusiasm to make a difference, to inspire people in order to unfold their development potential with them. I can draw on a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur, consultant and manager.
Over the last 10 years I have been able to supplement this wealth of experience with knowledge gained from further training in business and introvision coaching, systemic organisational development, existential analysis according to Viktor Frankl and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction according to Jon Kabat Zin.
At the same time, my everyday life in Konstanz on Lake Constance in the roles of loving mother of a teenager, daughter, sister, (godmother) aunt, mentor, dog owner, friend, ... offers me diverse fields of observation and learning.
The practice of mindfulness and meditation has changed my life existentially and is - especially in and with nature - much more than just a tool for me. It is a path to more awareness, clarity, power and contact with myself and in the encounter with others.
