The retreat is suitable for beginners as well as practitioners

Yoga and Pilates allow you to get to know yourself better. With mindfulness exercises, gentle movement and breathing techniques, she shows beginners as well as those who have practised how to get even closer to themselves. If you want, you can completely give up your mobile phone during your stay and open up to more mindful moments with the mobile phone diet!

Each participant receives a personal, individual exercise programme from Angie Klarer, because as a therapist it is very important to her that everyone can practise according to their needs.

Bring along: Sports shoes, indoor and outdoor clothes (possibly also rain protection). Those who already have one: Yoga mat. The course is conducted in German. Le cours est dispensé en allemand.

  • 16:00-18:00 Arrival and attunement: Soothing arrival in body and mind (gentle introduction to the topic, soothing arrival in body and mind).

Angie Klarer

Angie Klarer was born in Basel and has run her own yoga and Pilates studio near Basel since 2008. During the 12 years she has completed many training courses in Yoga (ChiYoga teacher, Ayur Yoga therapist, Dana Aerial Yoga teacher, meditation instructor according to Anna Röcker, Yoga Nidra course instructor according to Anna Röcker) as well as Pilates. All this knowledge would not be valuable if she did not have a wonderful empathy and intuition for how people like to be picked up; only through this combination is she close to the students and always ready to respond to their questions and wishes.

For many years she has been travelling with her students to the beautiful Hotel Golfpanorama. "This place is a source of strength and true inspiration for everyone; that is why the retreat is always fully booked. Now I am happy to offer a yoga week as well".
